Korean sijo

On a cold night, I shiver with hunger,
wondering if the snow will stop.
The full moon, draped with clouds of silk.

And the empty, white plate is waiting to tell its story.

I had Kal Guk Su (Korean noodles, which are a bit wider & thicker than fettucine) with seafood and broth. The shrimp, fish, zucchini, carrots and chiles were blended well together to create a very delicious and spicy dish.

Juan Carlos had the Beef Bulgogi and gave it a thumbs up. The meal was sweet to him because of the sesame seed sauce. He found the service very friendly.

Guillermo had the Korean BBQ Chicken and enjoyed the terayaki marinade. He recommends this restaurant to people who like hot and spicy food.
